Global Marketing Technology Leader Merges with Australia's largest Email and Cross-Channel Marketing Services Provider.

Responsys merges with Eservices, forms EservicesResponsys, creating AsiaPacific hub and advancing the use of email, mobile, social and web channels in Australia.

Sydney, 2 July 2010 - The Clemenger Group and Responsys, Inc., a global provider of on-demand email and cross-channel marketing solutions, today announced that Responsys, Inc. will acquire a majority ownership stake in Eservices Group Pty Ltd, Australia's largest and most experienced email and cross-channel marketing services providers, with clients including News Digital Media, Vodafone Hutchison, AFL Bigpond, Transurban and FlyBuys.

The agreement brings Responsys' award-winning interactive marketing technology platform together with the Australia's leading marketing services offering, creating EservicesResponsys.

The partnership provides Eservices' customers with the world's best on-demand email and cross-channel marketing platform for planning, optimizing and executing marketing campaigns across email, mobile, social and web channels.

This deal will significantly advance the use of digital channels in Australia, and see EservicesResponsys become Responsys' global service hub for the AsiaPacific region according to Responsys CEO Dan Springer.
